A few points of biz-nass.

1) My parents are in town until Sunday, so my usual “I’m at my computer all day and responding to comments is way awesomer than actually working” plan will not be in motion.  So forgive my slow responses this weekend.  Because I’m hanging with my peeps.

2) My friend Lysa came in town last week and a few of us had dinner.  She wrote an AWESOME POST this week about one of our conversations.  You may be interested to read it simply because I refuse to blog about my singleness here, so what she wrote is probably all you are getting.  And the comments.  OH HEAVENS THE COMMENTS.  I don’t care if you are married or single, there are baskets worth of knowledge and wisdom in those comments.

I get a little teary reading them.  They are so sincere.  So heartfelt.  So loving. So “please be wise for your own sake”, that I wish I could hug it out with all of these women.  I will in July at the SheSpeaks Conference.  I will stalk them, find them, and hug them.  Dare me?

Apparently by “a few” points, I meant two.  Two points.  That is all.

Hi Annie! I decided to see what you’re all about after our little email exchange. I’ve enjoyed reading your blog–and learning your new words! I can’t wait to hear what you have in mind for the new MC blog (I spent some time looking over the current one, too). Anyways, don’t think I ever officially said it, but nice to meet ya!

You know I love you, my bloggy sistah. Thank you so much for sharing your friendships with me. Fellowship is something that I miss desperately here and you and all of your blogmie goodness are just too good to be true. You’re SO gonna be a bridesmaid in my wedding one day. 🙂

I loved Lisa @ The Preacher’s Wife’s comment about Tim Tebow haha. cracked me up. can’t say i disagree.

my father wants me to marry tim tebow, and he is seriously NOT kidding or even sort-of joking.

besides that…thanks for the link. i actually had a very long conversation with a good friend about this just a few hours ago. think God’s trying to tell me something?

I thought you weren’t a hugger? Is my sweet friend Annie turning into a hugger? Oh, that would be great!

I am bookmarking that link to the comments and conversations on marriage…I feel the same way not being married yet, myself. But I know the Lord is good…and I am glad you linked that post.
    Bless you, Annie!

As we mature, we also need loving care and attention. God supplies us with all the guidance we could ever need. In turn, we sow respect and understanding and reap healthy relationships
